 Pastor
Anthony Williams was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He later moved to
Griffin where he attended Griffin High School graduating in 1988.
Pastor
Williams has had a earnest passion for singing all his life. He started
singing at the age of 12 and has continued to do so. He was part of a
group named Devotion that toured and performed all around the southeast
for a number of years. He truly understands and respects the importance
of praise and worship in the church as it’s the gateway to open doors
and unlocking blessings.
Pastor
Williams was called into the ministry in 1993. He was licensed under
the leadership of Dr. Robert Flournoy of Divine House of Praise Church.
Pastor Williams was ordained on September 10, 2000. After faithfully
serving for another two years, he was called to go forth in ministry.
In November of 2002, he established United In Faith Christian
Ministries. Pastor Williams attended Agape International Ministries
Bible Training Institute where he received an Associate of Biblical
Studies. He is currently attending Cannon University.
In
2008, Pastor Williams was led to join the Association of Independent
Ministries under the leadership of Bishop I.V. Hilliard of New light
Christian Center Church in Houston, TX. Since joining AIM the church
has seen consistent growth over the past three years. It is Pastors
hope that every person live a blessed and balanced life and that the
benefits of a Christian life not only take place inside the church but
more importantly outside as well. He is a dedicated preacher teacher
and is focused on realizing the best in people by being serious about
his craft and the task that God has entrusted him with which is to
educate and bless God’s people.
Pastor Williams has been married for 28 years to his lovely wife Stephanie.
Together they have three children –
Tunisia, Marcus and Cameron, a son-in-law, Chimere and two grandchildren
King and Kialyn. And also godson Michael Woods. |
